Industrial Cleaning That Supports Performance and Sustainability.

Sustainable cleaning solutions for manufacturing facilities — enzyme formulations built for heavy grease and high-traffic floors, with worker safety and effluent load in mind.

Industry challenges

What manufacturing facilities teams are actually solving for

Plants deal with soils that most cleaning products were never designed for — while answering to safety officers and sustainability targets at the same time.

Why BioPure

The difference in approach

Conventional BioPure ENZYCLEAN
Chemical-heavy approach Enzyme-powered formulations
Strong odours Fresh cleaning experience
Standard products Sustainability-focused approach
Traditional cleaning Continuous Hygiene Intelligence

This compares formulation approach, not guaranteed performance in every use case. Results vary with surface, soil type, dilution and cleaning frequency.

How BioPure helps

Six things that change when you switch

🧬

Eco-enzyme powered

Enzyme-driven formulations that break down organic soils instead of masking them.

♻️

Biodegradable formulations

Developed with biodegradable ingredients, designed to break down after use.

🧪

Reduced chemical load

Fewer harsh chemicals moving through your building, drains and storerooms.

🌿

Canteen & cafeteria

Targeted cleaning for food-service surfaces, utensil washing and high-volume dining spaces.

⚙

Grease and grime

Targeted cleaning for heavy grease, lubricant residue and demanding production environments.

📈

Sustainable operations

Documentation your team can use in ESG, procurement and audit conversations.

Solutions by area

Every space has a different job

We plan by space, not by product list — then recommend what belongs in each one.

The CHI framework

Every space deserves Continuous Hygiene Intelligence™

Hygiene shouldn't depend on who was on shift. CHI is a five-step working method that turns cleaning into something you can plan, score and improve.

Pillar 01

Assess

Establish the baseline

We assess every space, mapping surfaces, soil types, footfall and current cleaning practices to establish a clear baseline.

1
Pillar 02

Match

Optimise the solution

Each area is matched with the right enzyme formulation, dilution and cleaning frequency for its specific needs.

2
Pillar 03

Implement

Standardise execution

Clear dosing guides, labelled stations and team handovers make the system easy to implement and follow consistently.

3
Pillar 04

Monitor

Measure performance

Scheduled walkthroughs score each area, turning hygiene from something assumed into something measured.

4
Pillar 05

Improve ↺

Continuously optimise

Periodic reviews refine the programme and measure chemical-use reduction against the baseline.

5

Hotels CHI scorecard

Frequently asked questions

Before you talk to sales

Can this work in high-footfall spaces?
Yes. Concentrates, correct dilution and a cleaning frequency matched to footfall are what carry performance in busy areas — that mapping is exactly what the CHI assessment produces for your site.
How do enzymes work?
Enzymes are naturally occurring proteins that act on specific soils. Lipases work on oils and grease, proteases on protein residues, amylases on starches. They break the soil into smaller pieces so it lifts and rinses away instead of needing aggressive chemicals to strip it off.
Do staff require training?
Only a short handover. We provide dilution charts, labelled dispensing guidance and an on-site walkthrough with your housekeeping supervisor. Day-to-day method stays close to what teams already do.
Can BioPure integrate into existing housekeeping processes?
Yes. Products are matched to your current cleaning schedule and equipment, so the transition is a product swap area by area rather than a change to how your team works.
Bulk ordering?
Commercial pack sizes and concentrates are available, with volume pricing based on your assessed monthly consumption. Contact sales for a schedule specific to your site.
Annual contracts?
Annual supply agreements are available and include scheduled CHI reviews. Terms depend on volume and number of sites — our team will walk you through the options.
